Since 1931 Boss sauces have been used by discerning sauce consumers across New Zealand. Born and bred in Christchurch in New Zealand's South Island, Boss is still made there today. Because Boss is made the old fashioned way using high quality ingredients and traditional recipes, some which haven't changed since 1931, you know it will always taste great.

Boss Mint sauce is made with fresh cut South Island Mint and has no artificial flavours. Available in Traditional Mint Sauce or Thick Mint it is the perfect compliment to New Zealand lamb and baby potatoes. Boss Worcestershire sauces are made entirely from natural ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians. They come in both Mild and Spicy varieties and are great with beef, chicken, fish or over vegetables. Superb as a glaze for roast beef, roast veges and potatoes.

In 2004 Boss became part of the Delmaine Fine Foods family and has gone from strength to strength since then. The factory in Christchurch now makes both Boss and Delmaine shelf stable sauces as well as other brands of sauces, chutneys and relishes, dessert toppings and mixed peel. Many products made at Boss are sent directly overseas as part of a growing export business for the plant
